    Cornus / dogwood.

    The flowers look like Cornus kousa, but it's usually a more spreading tree than that. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    I would agree Cornus Kousa/I have a smaller one in my garden.
