Harvesting peas?

Hi, i have been growing some oregon sugar pod peas (The kind you eat in the pod) for the first time. I didn't get to harvest before i went away for a week because i thought they were too small. Now that i'm back though im not sure if it has it been left too late or are they still ok to eat? Don't know a great deal about when the best time to harvest is. See pics below.

They look fine to me ... sugar peas are harvested when the pods are a bit fatter than mange tout but not as fat as 'garden peas'    .... although if you have left it too long you can still pod the peas and eat them as normal garden peas  :)

Oregon are mangetout type so they won't ever get fat, pick them at whatever size you like, the one in your hand looks perfect, the ones that have started to curl a little I normally find are a bit stringy. But get them off whatever so the plant will carry on making new ones.
