yellowing potato leaves

good morning lovely people, can anyone tell me what's going on here, potatoes have been growing lovely and all of a sudden the leaves have started to turn a striking yellow colour you can see in the photos, is this terminal and is there anything i can do? thanks guys.

  • there are some tiny black bugs on the plant which ants seem to be attackong should i leave the ants deal with the pest. does anyone know what these pests are, just out of curiosity. could these be turning the plant yellow.? s anyone

    the ants aren't attacking they're farming the little black bugs (aphids) for honeydew (a sweet liquid that ants love) might just be a growth spurt, growing so fast that the chlorophyll can't keep up, might also be a nutrient issue, might be worth while giving them a bit of a feed
