Tomato not flowering

Hi,  I’m a new allotment holder & my tomatoes growing in a (draughty) greenhouse aren’t flowering.  Is it too late to get fruit this year?

    No it's not too late you have until the first frosts, up here we don't expect to be able to put tomatoes out until 11 days ago. How large are the tomatoes? If they are over a foot tall and you're not seeing any flower buds then I would start to think about problems. If that is so I would first check any fertilisation you've done.  too much Nitrogen produces a mass of leaves but few flowers.
