Problem with cookie consent pop-ups

Hello everyone,

We’re trying to get to the bottom of the issue around our new GDPR cookie consent pop-ups. It's definitely not intended that you should see the banner again and again. 

We think there must be something specific about the browsers being used that is causing a glitch in the process. As such, if you are still experiencing problems, please could you help us by answering these questions:

  1.  What browser are you using?
  2.  What device are you using?
  3.  What are the security settings on your browser? (e.g. have you set all cookies to be ‘blocked’?)
  4.  Are you using an ad-blocker?

If you aren't sure of your browser's security settings, we can help you find that. Head to this website: https://supportdetails.com/ and fill out your name, email address and then our email address [email protected] where prompted - you don't need to enter any technical details yourself. This will send us full details of the browser you are using.

    Cookies are not currently blocked
    Using Adblock Plus

    No Adblocker (some of the ads just amuse me)
    Only get the cookie consent window if I try to change my profile, suspect it is because I said no very firmly to everything so my location etc. will not store?

    I'm on a smart phone and having no trouble.

    Most times I log on my iPad mini, also this is the only site that keeps having to reconnect itself on a regular basis.

    No problem for the last two days.

    But what's the "draft saved"pop up every time I post? Very off putting.
