Wild flower/ Weed ID and advise

Hi, 

i have only been gardening for a few years (we started with just lawn) and this has popped up this year for this first time. Please can anyone identify and let me know if I should remove it ?

    yes delphinium - a keeper if you can. I struggle to grow them, so lucky you if it's just turned up  :)
