Hi all,

What's this? I dont remember planting anything like it

     Maybe a Pachyphyton or Pachyveria type of succulent.  Did you have a mixed pack of succulents for rock gardens?

    I have in the past, perhaps its worked it way out there somehow.

    Looks a bit ice plant like in habit. Take some more pics of the flowers when they open if you can, that should help with the ID.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Remembered, it must have come from when I moved some alpines from the rear, to a new place in the front garden. I didn't take the plant, but I have noticed it reproducing in the back garden, but I've pulled it before its grown to this stage

    It would be nice if you took us a pic of the blooms when they open, they look interesting!

    Will do, from memory it's quite a nice white flower.
