White spots on plants

Hi there, my potato developed white spots on it's leaves a few weeks back, this now looks like it might have spread to my nearby parsley and oregano? Any suggestions on what to do?

With several different species all having the same symptoms, I'd suspect physical damage.  Have you had any hail, or heavy rain followed by sun?  Young leaves are easily damaged.

There is also a possibility that they could Thrips damage. Not always obvious to the naked eye. You need to be more vigilant and look at the leaves and stems. If you suspect it, scrape the top layer of your soil, promptly remove dead and fallen leaves and clean pots and rims if grown in pots. If your plants look good and other than the discoloration, it's most likely what Liriodendron has described.
