Succulent and fungi

Hi!, I brought a succulent home last week and it seems to have some kind of fungi. My father tells me I can treat it with some soapy water (just a tiny drop of soap), but I wonder if someone has another advice? I‘m worried since it has lost a few leaves already...
I‘ll attach some photos.

Thank you!

I can't see any fungi. The white marks on the leaves are just water marks I think.
Any idea what that green ball is in the compost?
I assume you are not from the Uk as that is quite a strange potting  mix!

  • The plant is Echeveria "Painted Lady'. It looks reasonably healthy to me too.

Hi! yes I‘m not from the UK, I‘m in Costa Rica. I guess I thought the white thing in the stem was some kind of fungi, specially since it covered some of the leaves and they fell off. The green ball is another succulent that fell on there at the store I believe.

Hi Alan thank you for the feedback, I wasn‘t really sure what kind of plant it was  still worried about the white stuff in the stem though
