a couple of weeks back I sowed these gypsophilia seeds as instructed, I water them reguarly and had clingfilm over them to begin with and they were looking great... now they are all wilting! What am I doing wrong?
They are in the sun from morning till about 12:30 and i have had the window open. The gypsophilia on the other side of the house which gets the late afternoon sun are the same.

Maybe a little too much water. Add some cinnamon to your next watering. Move the trays out into  sunlight rather than having light from the window on them.

You can sow the seeds outside now. Sprinkle thinly where you want them to flower.Thin to six inch apart.  I grew some in plugs in March, they are now flowering. I think they are sown too thickly in that tray . Does it have drainage holes in the bottom. ?

Cinnamon is supposed to be anti-bacterial/fungal.. and reduce damping off.  Science is still out on this one.  https://www.gardenmyths.com/cinnamon-stop-damping-off-seedlings/
