    Virtual private network.  You can use it to 'trick' a site into believing you are in that country, by using another users computer/server as a host in the specified country.  Your computer is routed through their computer, I believe.

    It is for me.. it means I can watch BBC here in America.  I'd happily pay a subscription fee for the iPlayer, but currently none is available.

    Do you think I should cut down roses when finished flowering? I have them in front garden and I never cut them and they come up every year with lovely flowers but in the back garden not as good
