This can sometimes be seen on honeybees ... it's known as deformed wing virus, and usually occurs when a hive is overcome with the varroa destructor parasitic mite. It seems that this is now also a problem for bumblebees ...
I saw a program on YouTube where this lady rescued a bee like that and she kept it in a huge box with loads of foliage, till it died. They only live about 28 days apparently. Bless it though poor bee
