Mr Fothergills are usually OK. They currently have a seed sale online, so you could make some savings.

I get mine from our locally-owned nursery.  They are the same price, no shipping, and have the selection of most varieties that I want.  I have ordered online in the past for more obscure varieties, and a single seed packet typically lasts a few years (depending on storage and type).

I use Chilterns and Higgledy Gardens and occasional packets from the garden centre or supermarket.

Or you could be adventurous and use the seed swap on this forum.

I used to get all my veg seeds from The Organic Gardening Catalogue. I had a bit of a huff when I heard they had been taken over and tried Chiltern this year but was disappointed by poor germination and smaller seed numbers - the broad beans were particularly poor. I will be returning to OGC next year.
