whats wrong with my bean plant?

Hi it's my first time growing beans, and the plants are still quite young. I want to stop these problems before they get worse, but I'm not sure what the problem is, or how to tackle it. Any help would be much appreciated!

Were they started in a greenhouse in heat.? The bottom leaves look like they had too much heat/sun, and then normal leaves after they have been moved out.

Thanks for your reply! No they were sown direct outdoors, but it has been a hot week...
