Horse Chestnut

I have a healthy 15 year old Horse Chestnut that I keep at about 20 foot becuase of the distance to the house.It has never had any Conkers/chestnuts on it!Last year it had the first ever 1 flower but that did not develop into a nut.Any advise please?

    It's still only very young ... like humans, trees have to grow up before they reproduce  :)

    They  take years to start producing a crop of conkers and you may find if you're keeping the height down you chop off the fruiting branches
