I came across a superb new bedding plant recently. Yes, that actually is the name! IN USA it is called "Summer Snapdragon". It is a half-hardy annual and probably needs early sowing in UK. Has anyone ever come across it?

Morning Inglezinho. These plants have been readily available as seeds or plugs here in the UK for many years and most of the big seed companies sell them. I love them and the fact I don't have to dead head them.

Yes, pretty plants available as seed or plugs from most GCs. Lovely as a filler in cottage garden style borders and in containers.  :)

That' very nice to know. They are actually native to NE Brazil and everyone tells me you can't grow Brazilian plants in the UK. I believe they are from the Plantain family and unrelated to Antirrhinums.
