Help ID this tree please?

Hi All,
My uncle's friend has a tree in their new garden that they'd like identifying.
Please can you help?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks @Hostafan1 - I have had a suggestion from someone that it might be Quercus dentata 'Pinnatifida'.
I've Googled that and I think it might be, but can't quite make up my mind.
    What do you think?

I have now identified the tree, with the help of Thornhayes Nursery!
    It is Alnus glutinosa 'Imperialis'.
Quite amazing - I would never have guessed that it was an alder.
I would have done if I'd seen the flowers or fruits I suppose.

The leaves look damaged by glyphosate or whatever was sprayed around the base to kill off that grass.  Hopefully it survives.

Thanks @Blue Onion, however the leaves are normal for this cultivar and it wasn't sprayed.
It was previously a circle of long grass around the tree, which was mowed down and with the very dry weather its gone brown. :)
