Another identification request please - unusual grass

Hi there
I have this plant which looks like some kind of grass growing in my garden - very close to where my seed feeder is - surprise surprise. I'm wondering if I should let it develop further or if it is just going to be a nightmare. Please see photo. Thanks

It enlarges to a blur but maybe oats?

Do you feed the birds nearby?  I agree with Nutcutlet that it looks like oats. Some of the cheaper bird foods are padded out with oats and other grains which only appeal to pigeons and are discarded by the smaller birds.

Thank you. Sorry about the blurry photo. Couldn't seem to upload a better one. Maybe this time?

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Yes definitely an oat, a cultivated one too, not a wild one.  Probably dropped by a bird.

Thank you all so much for taking the time to respond and help me. I really appreciate it. I've never seen oats before. I only have sunflower hearts and peanuts in the two feeders I have but I did have fat balls and the likes in that area so it could have come from there. I stopped buying the cheap bags of bird food last year after my kitchen became infested by grain weevils.   :( Took me a while to figure out what they were. I also found that the birds didn't bother eating the cheap stuff. Classy visitors they are. To my surprise, the Gold Finches ignored the Niger seeds in preference of the Sunflower hearts
