Lawn Issue

Hi Guys. I have a lawn laid early last year that is recovering great from the harsh winter. However I have started to see these patches of brown appearing. I live in the Northwest and although its been hot we have had some rain and I have watered it some as well so I don't think its a water issue. Any help or ideas appreciated. Thanks. James
