Competition for Subscribers Club seeds

Hi all,
So last month l received an email from Gardeners World subscribers club stating that l had been lucky to have won a selection of Johnson's seeds, including seeds from the Sarah Raven and Jekka McVicar range worth over £16 and to look out for an envelope arriving soon.
The envelope came today, thick white card , very securely sealed and hard to open. The envelope was empty!
I'm not sure who to contact about it, the competition is still there to view on the win section of secret garden, although now closed. I'm not sure who to email about it.
Does anyone have any advice please? Thanks in advance.
