Clematis viticella 'Abundance'

We're trying to choose a viticella clematis for our pergola ... we're looking for a plummy colour similar to C. viticella Purpurea Plena Elegans which we have elsewhere in the garden ... we've been looking at 'Abundance' ..... the descriptions of the colour are more on the 'pink' side and photos online vary quite widely

As an artist I'm very aware of how much colours can vary in photographs ... does anyone grow this clematis and if so, how would you describe the colour?

I think it's a bit pink Dove. Have suggested on Forkers that you have a look at I am Happy which is a very dusky red in this garden - deeper than the photo suggests. http://www.clematis.hull.ac.uk/new-clemdetail.cfm?dbkey=3699

Thanks Obs ... I am Happy (very odd name) is another that I'd been looking at ... will give it more consideration

It is an odd name but that grower seems to like "I am...." I am Red Robin is another very good one but a group 1 with small dusky red flowers with a rich cream interior. Tough as old boots in my Belgian garden but a tad unsightly in winter so not for a prominent position on a pergola - http://www.clematis.hull.ac.uk/new-clemdetail.cfm?dbkey=3222 Much stronger dusky red than this photo too.

@Hostafan1 ... That is gorgeous

... but I'm really looking for a viticella for that spot ... However, if Daniel Deronda a bit further along that border doesn't pull his socks up he may well be replaced with Westernplatte ... I shall go and tell him ...
