What's this plant's name please.

Hi all,

Does any one know the name of this shrub ? If anyone could give me the Latin name along with the common name then that would be peachy. Also, is it a UK native ?









The bees love it just as much as my Foxgloves and Chives but I have no idea what it's called.

    I think you may be on the money there.

    A web search shows that Deutzia scabra 'Flora Plena' looks very similar.
