Rejuvinate Pittosporum

I have half dead pittosporum - brown crispy leaves. I've done a scratch of the bark and its still green for about 2/3rds. Can't see any buds. Should I cut back or just feed and hope?

    If the leaves are brown and crispy and the top part looks dead to you, just cut it back to healthy growth.  It will soon start shooting out again from where you've cut it.
