Euphorbia Milli Throwing Green Flowers

So, my Euphorbia Milli has been throwing out green, leaf like flowers. What's happening? How to remedy?

The original colour of the bloom was a pinkish-red.

    Flowers, Showy bracts.

    Compare the pic in the post to the pic of its showy bracts when I had bought it.

    Not a plant I know, but I'd guess growing conditions - lack of light - too much light perhaps?
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
