    Has anyone any idea what this shrub is please?

    Its growing in a church garden locally in Birmingham.

    The one with pink flowers and variegated leaves ?
    ....  looks like Weigela 'Florida variegata'. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
