Any chance you could photograph it a little closer so the leaf shape can be seen? Also, is it evergreen or deciduous.
  • I'm pretty sure it's decidious

Thanks for taking a more close-up of the tree. Unfortunately, being a deciduous tree, it's harder to identify. It could be a number of trees. I can't see the trunk but it could be an ornamental Cherry tree. You will need to observe it over the year. Were there blossoms at the beginning of this year, any fruit developing etc. Hopefully, someone may be able to identify it here even without all that.

    Salix Caprea?

  • Its neither a salix caprea or an ornamental cherry tree.

Could it be a branched up shrub?

Looking at that top growth, does it grow really fast and get trimmed a few times a year?

  • I only say it's not a salix capers as ive been in The house for 1 1/2 years and ive not seen any male or female catkins and I shaped the tree so I'm unsure what it shoukd look like.
