Plant id please?

I appear to have scattered some seeds, or fingers crossed I did, otherwise some weed loves just outside my backdoor.  Amy idea what this is? The leaves are sort of furry. Thank you, thank you also for ignoring the dead plants in the photo.  J

    I think they're from the borage family, look like my echium vulgare plants, but anyway, they're the only echiums I know!
