    It doesn't really need cossetting once it's in the ground for a while..
    My biggy had been there for 20 years  not far from a street sycamore and facing south.
    I'm sure it's survived a range of weather conditions in that time but my memory isn't that good
    The only thing that I suspect would do for it is excessive damp in the winter.
    In London. Keen but lazy.
