My bay tree needs a prune. I was wondering if it's worth freezing some of the young shoots as they would be soft enough to eat or shall I continue to pick the mature ones as and when and discard after cooking?
Thanks raisingirl. It's a big bush/tree so I don't need to dry them. It just seems a waste to throw them on the compost heap. Perhaps I'll leave them at the front gate and see if anyone wants them
