Plant identification Please

Hello All,
I have some random plants popping up around the garden that I don't recall planting and can't seem to identify. Can anyone help identify so I can see whether they need looking after or the compost heap. Pictures attached. Thanks in advance.

    mallow, 2 pics are buttercup, tree of heaven possibly in 2 pics

    I would say
    3) and 6) creeping buttercup.
    4) and 7) might be a small ash sapling

    The grass looks like wheat, is it near bird food? 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    Not that I know but it's a good shout, thanks, might leave it for the heads as they look quit nice at the moment.

    Thanks to you both on the buttercup ,ill get the fork to that creeping buttercup ASAP.
