Plant ID please

This has self-seeded, and I’d be grateful for an ID. The pictures were taken just after rain, but no point waiting for ideal conditions to take the photo given the weather... Thanks.

Have you got them elsewhere in your garden Chris - or is it from a neighbouring garden? I'm guessing the latter! Bees and other insects enjoy them too.
The seeds are tiny and can travel a fair bit in the wind :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

So far, Fairygirl, only in that spot in the front. My more observant wife says it first appeared last year.  Up until today, it was the stem and fronds(?) that attracted my attention, as they are so delicate-looking. Today, the flowers came out for the first time, and it’s the first time they have appeared.  All I know is that it self-seeded, although I’ve not seen it anywhere else in the area. It fits in nicely with our rockery garden.
