Plant id please?

Hi all. My daughter has moved into a new house with a beautiful and overgrown garden and we are stumped as to what this plant is. Its about 3ft high. The leaves and very fleshy stems are very rough. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ! Yvie.

    Hogweed - a weed, but a handsome one!
    It has a long tap root, you need to get it all out or it will regrow.

    Be careful not to get the sap on your skin as it can cause blistering.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
