Bug ID please

Hi just wondered what these are? They don't appear to be doing anything? Is it a problem? Thanks

They're aphids of some kind. Possibly rose aphids but it's hard to see from the pics. They will probably do some damage to the plant but they will also attract more interesting wildlife to your garden.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

You could always blast them off your plants with a water hose.
