Help with identification please. I think it's a bi-annual, from a packet of "Bee Friendly" seeds

    I think they are Echium Vulgare, although they flower in the first year and yours look like they are about to flower.  When did you sow them? 
    You need to thin them out, give them their own space they grow big.
    Theyre not the very tall ones,  they are Biennial. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
