In the abscence of any knowledgeable folk, I'll have a guess at a Variegated Mock Orange
I've got the ordinary types that are in flower too
Billericay - Essex
Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

, I saw it at an open garden yesterday but didn't get to speak to the owner. Looking for something to fill a space but I've already got an ordinary mock orange.
