    I believe that is the dreaded spurge. It seems to be a marmite plant, those that like it call it Euphorbia. To me it will always be spurge ( except for my poinsettia at Christmas, such a hypocrite I am)

    Yes, Caper Spurge (Euphorbia lathyris.)

    I knew a couple had spurge in their garden, she liked it, he didn't, so he called it splurge.
