Hello! Can you tell me what plant this is?

It is growing under the bird's seed feeder so it's probably from something they've dropped (seeing as they are such messy eaters!)   Anyone know what is?

    That reminds me a lot of oilseed rape? They look so lovely as a field of intense yellow. Probably wrong so wait a while and someone who knows will help you.

    You are the second person to have mentioned oilseed rape!  I think there's a good chance if it comes in the bird seed.

    Yep ... oilseed rape or one of its very close relatives. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
