Yep, wild strawberries.  But you will have to keep an eye out for when they go red cos every animal in your garden will love them too!

Particularly any labradors and dachshund x Jack Russells in the vicinity  ;)

Oh yes!  My sister's JRT has them away before my sister even sees them.

So i can eat them! Fantastic. I'm not sure the cat will want them so I might get a few and share them with the birds! 🍓

Yes you can!  They are little bundles of sweet joy when they are ripe.

The top two photos look like Pilosella Aurantiaca, Fox and Cubs plant. Some regard this as a weed, but it's a nice wild flower.
I have some in my garden. I don't mind having weeds or wild flowers especially if they don't need any encouragement to grow. Even on Chelsea they said a weed is only a plant in the wrong place. If it is a plant you like and you don't mind keeping on top of it as it spreads then I'd just let it go it's thing. These kind of plants are great for bees and insects.

@Claire57. I don't mind them either as long as they are under control. I used to be overrun with bindweed and brambles so they have to come out as soon as I see them but these are actually very pretty and can stay for now. It feels better to call them wildflowers somehow!
