Cherry Cascade Query

Hi folks, I'm growing "Cherry Cascades" for the 1st time and can't find out anywhere if I should nick the side shoots or just let the plants grow uninterrupted? Also do I support the growing stems for a while or let them fall over as they grow? I've been supporting them till now just to let them grow and get established. If anyone knows, I'd be grateful.
Thanks,
John.

Not a tomato I know, but according to this site they're a 'determinate' variety so no need to remove the side shoots.

I would give them a small central cane at the base to give the plant stability and then allow them to 'tumble' naturally.
