Sorry to have to ask again. Came across this plant on my travels. Any clue to to what it's called?

    Common hogweed aka  Heracleum sphondylium. 
    Its a biennial and your photo shows it in its second year getting ready to flower. 
     :)

    I posted the same plant earlier in the year in flower.

    That was early. Most of the hogweed around here is just throwing up flowering spikes. 
    Its been a strange spring
