    Thank you for all the posts guys. I am going to make a special effort this time if they come back to wrap them in winter. 

    My husband wants to move them into out undercover garden area still but again I will take your advice and look up some videos before doing so..

    I personally want to just leave them and see wat happens!!!

    Feed it and water it and by the end of the summer it will look like the top photo.  By the end of October I would wrap it in straw and put a plastic cover over it. The mini plastic growhouses that they sell off around July would do it.  It helps to keep the root dry over winter.

    Wow - growing at pace! If you give them a nitrogen feed (I use Chempak no 2) it will give them a real boost

    Keep the pics coming, would be interested to see how big they get by the end of the summer - by far my favourite plant
