ID this Rhododendron please!

I had this in a container in a garden that was slabbed and it never really flowered. It was pot bound and the branches looked dead and twiggy but took my chances and planted it in the ground. It has now bloomed beautifully despite being in bad condition. 

Would love to know what variety it is so I can purchase another one. 
Please ignore the weeds, never get around to it.
