I'd be grateful if someone could help me ID the below shrubs/plants :)

1. Spiky evergreen shrub

2. Narrow plant in centre

3 Shrub- about to have flowers

4. Evergreen shrub in centre

    No 2 weed is a willowherb
    4 is a cotoneaster
    3 looks like a philadelphus but flowers would help.

    2. Rosebay willowherb. A lovely tall flower in the wild but a terrible weed in the garden, self-seeds everywhere.
    3. Possibly a philadelphus.

    No.1 could be some sort of Berberis, as it looks to have thorns. There are lots of different ones that I don't know 'personally', as it were!

    no.1 could be Berberis julianae, perhaps? 
    Agree with 2 rosebay willowherb - dig out all its roots, or hold your fire and treat with glyphosate when it's in flower - and 4 cotoneaster.  3 could well be philadelphus, hard to tell...
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    I googled "Berberis Julianae" and that definitely seems to be the spiky shrub.
