Peony problems

Hi I have a problem with my peony most of the leaves look OK but some look burnt I have not had frost during the last few months so I'm not sure what is wrong with it. It 
has buds on it which are just about ready to open Apart from a few dodgy leaves it looks healthy. It is quite an old plant I've lived here 6 years and it was here when I moved in Thank you for reading
