Identify please.

I have this non discript shrub in the garden with very uninteresting tiny flowers. I have included a close up of the flower and a snap of the shrub. Any help in identifying would be great please. Also I have these two sets of seedlings coming up and have no idea what they are either. Thank you in anticipation. Sorry, the photos haven’t come up in the right order, the shrub are the middle two!

The shrub is probably Euonymus alatus.
The first seedlings are Asteraceae, I'd go for some kind of helianthus (sunflower), but well...
How big are the second seedlings? They're probably Campanulaceae, maybe Campanula poscharskyana.

Hi Dimwit, thanks for that, that’s great. The second set of seedlings are about 4inches (sorry not into cms) high.

If the seedlings are 4 inches tall, they could be Alliaria Petiolata, Garlic Mustard. Agree with Dimwit, the shrub looks like Euonymus Alatus.

The first one, of the second tranche, looks a bit like Golden Hop.

The top photo could be Physocarpus Opulifolium 'Darts Gold', and the second photo looks like Philadelphus, Mock Orange.

Yay! Thank you all so much, I’m hoping that’s the lot now to identify. It’s been a long haul over the past year, but with everyone’s help, I think we’ve smashed it. THANK YOU ALL.😄😄😄😄😄😄

Redrag, if the "nondescript shrub" is Euonymus alatus you'll find it has hidden depths... its common name is "winged spindle", as it has curious bark on the older stems.  Lovely red autumn leaves, too.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
