I got it from a well known garden centre chain, which of course means it was heavily overpriced - I paid £35 for the plant which of course was in full bloom at the time, and swept me off my feet... which for that price it would need to... I think you can get it much cheaper, but my plant was about a foot tall I suppose, 5 or 6 years ago.  I repotted it last year, and cut it back a bit, it's very easy to do..

I think I've seen them somewhere for  £20...  not everyone wants to pay that sort of money.. but I feel I'm having my money's worth from it over these past few years...
I will have to get a small one and be patient I think. Thanks for photos and responses. In the meantime I think I may plant a sarcococca winter gem in my pot. Then as the daphne grows I could use that during the summer and the sarcococca during the winter and put the daphne somewhere a wee bit more sheltered in the winter. Great that's me sorted. :O)

I'm looking to buy a Daphne Eternal Fragrance, and just found the pictures of your superb specimen on a forum search for information.
Can you remember the compost you used?
    I was thinking along the lines of JI3 X MPC X perlite in a 4 x 2 x 1 ratio.
