It's Ribwort plantain. Considered a weed by many, but may be worth keeping if you are accident prone, as it is said to be a safe and effective treatment for bleeding and has antibacterial properties.
Plantain juice is also great to put on insect bites and on nettle stings. Works as well as dock leaves but isn't as invasive so worth keeping some in the garden. Pet rabbits and guinea pigs also love it.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
Looks a bit like plantain, though seems slightly more ornamental (or maybe just big). As Papi jo says, depends on your point of view, a weed to most but I let them run riot
