Rhubarb recipe

Has anyone started a thread about using produce from the garden? I couldn't find one so thought I'd start it with a rhubarb recipe. I  am fairly new to grow your own but have an established rhubarb that I wanted to find more ways to use it. Today I made Rhubarb and Star Anise cordial from a recipe I picked up in Tesco. It's really refreshing on a hot day like today and i will definitely be making it again. Check it out it's delicious and quick to make. 

I'd love to hear about your yummy things you have made with fruit or veg from your garden.

    Thanks I was just thinking earlier while picking them I need another use for rhubarb, I get fed up of rhubarb crumble after a while

    That's good then! I hope you try it out. I'm already thinking of making another batch as it's so easy and since it's almost gone already! 😋 I hope others post some recipes to try as I love experimenting with stuff from the garden.

    Rhubarb chutney, rhubarb and vanilla jam, rhubarb and strawberry crumble or jam.............

    No gluts here at the mo but there will be if all the potatoes OH made me plant produce a few tubers each and then there are countless tomatoes and squashes to come - all being well.
