Just checking something before I make a stupid mistake.

It's only the seed heads I shouldn't put in the compost, si?

The foliage es bueno?

    I think I'm OK then. I've been pulling up the main stems with root attached and the separately pulling up the foliage. 

    Seems such a waste to throw away all that green matter.
