Box balls

I finished planting 5 box balls a few days ago. A few had these yellow tipped leaves which I though were just where they had been trimmed. But since I planted them its got worse! As I planted them they had a scoop of microrhizzal fungus plenty of compost and a good watering. What can i do please?

    My daughter had the same problem last year, but they look fine now. I wouldn't worry. Just let them settle in.

    I think its the fluctuating temperatures. I try to brush mine with the yard brush which takes off the dead and allows the new growth.  Personally I would give it one feed of seaweed but there is a new train of thought that says don’t feed!
